Another trip to Uwharrie National Forest, this was another "shake the bugs
out" trip for my jeep. I have the new steering in, new driveshaft in the rear, and
pretty much seeing if it's drivable for long distance trips.
Not many pictures this time, for the most part it was pretty lame since it didn't rain
as promised by the weather channel, but we made the best of it. J.R.
had his 94 YJ out there, along with Chris & Tracy having their 2000 TJ, and my
"Great Pumpkin". All vehicles are locked in the rear, with only the TJ not having a front locker.
So with this, Uwharrie is a pretty tame place to ride for such well setup jeeps.
On with the pictures!

Two of me on "The Rock", it's a little something we like to crawl up, take
some pictures then back off. So far I am the only one that is 2 for 2, with the TJ being 1
for 1. What that means is, I made it up, kept the jeep running, and then backed off under
my own power. |

Several of Chris driving his wife's TJ on the rock. It only has a Loc-Rite in the rear
Dana 44, Rubicon Express 4.5" lift, and 33" tires with the stock gears. |

To the left is J.R. on another rock and to the right is myself on the same rock. |

Here is several of Mike, we met up with him and John, a couple of Airforce guys, out
there and had a blast riding with them and swapping stories. Turns out John was at
Monteagle with us, he is the owner of the green TJ. |
