Well my last trip to ure (last spring) I blew the "just rebuilt" engine. Broke a front rockwell shaft, put a 30" gash in a 44 TSL, broke the side of my trailer when I took a "by-pass" down a ravine, filled the axles, tranny, transfer case with water and mud in a 4+ foot mud pit.

I have it all back together now, just in time for the last weekend of the 09 season. They're calling for 100% chance of rain. I'm going to start at the bottom of Daniel and floor-board it until I either get to the top or hear some shit blowing up.

I will have the officer of the day proudly at my side.

Dammit I hate that fucking place.....

Engine got too wet to run.
Slashed a 44tsl sidewall.
Tranny stuck in 3rd gear.

Didn't take any pic's...... lucky to make it back on the trailer.

Distributor bolt came loose and the timing was retarded 25 deg. The rest of the engine is still tit's. I replaced the whole distributor, new cap and button.

The tranny is fine. No water, good line pressure, the shop just told me to fix the god damn leak and I wont have that problem again....lol

I just need to take the spare off the spare rim and put it on the bead lock.

I'm gonna do one winter run most likely at Mt. City TN and then I'm looking for a Harlan or Windrock run to really fuck some shit up.

that's good to hear.. i got the engine and tranny out yesterday.. what a pain in the ass by myself.. i almost dropped the tranny on top of me... had it resting on the tube that goes over the radiator when i slipped off the axle and it damn near came crashing down on me.. going to attempt the rebuild today..
