probably a few years... we are losing the rental house shortly.. and nikki is in good with the school system.. so we think it's best for her to get a few years under her belt teaching.. i might be buying a home in the next few weeks... come awn out.. i could use a job when i get home...

i wish it had wheels... we'll see what happens... i'm still looking for a toyhauler.. i found one that will work... and is cheap... so we'll see what this house drains me of.. but it shouldn't be that bad.. 3.5% of 200k is only 7k... and mortage should be less than rent anyways...
