Dash
This is the dash in my Juggy (as I was informed it was by a few friends Jeep + Buggy). It's still not 100% done yet, but it's coming along. I still want to add cable shifters, so I have all my transfer case levers to the right of my Art Carr shifter. I am also going to add 2 cup holders to the rear of the shifters and a air pressure gauge for my on board air tank, so I can see the pressure from the drivers seat.
First thing was to bend up some bars, going from the cross dash bar to the bottom rear seat bar.
As you can see this was some time ago, during my build up. I have since cut the small cross bracing out that you see the shifter mounted to and have welded it to the underside of the sheet metal I have covering up the center part. So the shifter comes out with taking that out. A little easier to get everything out.
Here you can see I welded in some diamond plate to cover up some of the wiring that is under the cowl. These pictures below show the old dash, that is welded in with the old gauges in it also.
This is the new dash, I cut out that welded in section and made a new one that is removable. Also, some new gauges and switches. The last picture below shows where I mounted my cb.
